Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics, and has no trackers from social networks. Nothing here follows you to another website. Here is everything that is stored or requested, in full.

Stored on your own computer

WhatWhyHow long
Your answers to the four questions on the home page So the page can stay built around how you learn when you come back, instead of asking again. Until you press "Start over", or clear your browser storage.

It is kept by your browser, on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot read it. It says only which kind of learner you picked and which pace, for example "visual" and "steady".

Asked for from another company

The type on this site comes from Google Fonts. Loading it tells Google's servers the address of the device asking for the font, which is how any web address works. It is not used to identify you here, and we receive nothing from it. Nothing else on the page is loaded from another company.

When you sign in

Once accounts open, the Tessorio application will need a sign-in cookie to remember that it is you between pages. That is a strictly necessary cookie: without it, signing in cannot work. It is not used for advertising, and this page will be updated to name it.

Turning it off

Press "Start over" under the four questions and your answers are deleted straight away. Clearing site data in your browser does the same thing. Nothing on this site breaks if you block storage: the page simply asks the questions again.

Do Not Track and global privacy signals

We do not track you across websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour them anyway if we ever add anything that needs it.
